GENEVA, May 10, 2023 - Foodetective, the one-stop-shop for businesses looking to enhance & unify their commerce operations, today announced the launch of its rebrand as PowerAPI.
The rebranding initiative reflects the company’s evolution and growth within the tech sector. While continuing to serve the F&B industry, PowerAPI is now industry agnostic adapting and building solutions for commerce.
The new brand identity includes a new logo and updated color palette that more accurately represents PowerAPI’s vision and focus.
“PowerAPI’s logo with its four arches was conceptualized to represent the interconnectedness of our APIs, which seamlessly integrate with other systems” - Souraya Momtaz, lead graphic designer.
The rebranding initiative follows a year of significant growth for PowerAPI. In 2022, they were selected for both Google and SAP.io accelerator programs and attended international events, such as CES Las Vegas, putting their first foot into the US market. The company raised a $5 million seed round and expanded its product portfolio to include marketing solutions on top of its operational offer. This year PowerAPI has onboarded Maté Varga, Coca Cola HBC executive as Chief Strategy Officer.
However, the biggest accomplishment yet was the launch of their Open API.

The new brand identity will be rolled out across all of PowerAPI’s communications, including its website, materials, and social media. The company's first event as PowerAPI will be this June in Viva Tech, Paris.
